What’s been happening:

I am currently working as an Application Research Scientist-II at Givuadan Flavors Corp., based in Cincinnati, OH. My expertise areas include Flavor-Matrix interactions, Linking Analytical techniques to Sensory methods, Taste Modification (Sweetness Enhancement, Bitter Masking, Umami enhancement) in various applications, Flavor Encapsulation and Performance in foods, Flavor release/chemistry and Food Applications (Sweet, Dairy, Savory). The various aspects that I learnt both on and off campus at Penn State are coming in handy in every step of my life both personally as well as professionally. We are Penn State :)...Go Lions!!
